The Dominican Institute for Quality (INDOCAL) is the national standards body of the Dominican Republic.

Its mission is to offer standardization, metrology, certification and training  services in accordance with international best practices to ensure health and safety and contribute to improving the management of organizations and the country's competitiveness.

INDOCAL is also a member of the Pan American Standards Commission (COPANT), Codex Alimentarius Commission, Inter-American Metrology System (SIM), Inter American Accreditation Cooperation (IAAC) and member affiliated of the International ELECTROTECHNIC Commission (IEC).
